· One session from each 10-session voucher is transferable and can be gifted to a guest with the voucher owner’s permission to enjoy the treatment.

· Vouchers can be shared with family members looking to enhance their well-being.

· When gifting a session, the voucher owner must call the clinic reception or visit in person to give explicit consent, without exception.

· Members whose referral results in a new member’s enrollment will receive a complimentary session added to their voucher.

· If a person wishing to join RILIVIUM purchases 3 sets of 10-session vouchers at once, they will receive a 10% discount on the highest-priced voucher.

· Cancelling a session with less than 12 hours’ notice will be counted as redeemed and forfeited for any treatment.
