HYPOPRESSIVE

Hypopressive Gymnastics for: Postpartum, Incontinence, Back Pain

FLAT STOMACH AND MUCH MORE

Hypopressive Abdominal Gymnastics involves creating low pressure in the abdominal and pelvic cavities through specific postures and movements, with breathing as the main driver. This approach is incredibly effective for strengthening the deepest abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor. By practising it, you can correct your posture, reduce your waist circumference, improve your sexual performance, lower stress levels, and relieve back pain.

HYPOPRESSIVE CLASSES

At RILIVIUM, our hypopressive classes are designed to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to improve your posture, reduce your waistline, lessen the symptoms of incontinence, enhance your sexual health, improve your digestion, lower your stress levels, or alleviate back pain, we are here to support you every step of the way.

OUR PLANS

Transform your body and improve your life today with hypopressive exercises

BENEFITS

Postural, aesthetic, sexual…

Hypopressive exercises help strengthen the deep muscles of the abdomen and back, which can improve body alignment and correct postural imbalances.

By strengthening the deep abdominal muscles and improving the tone of the abdominal belt, hypopressive exercises can help reduce waist circumference

Hypopressive exercises strengthen the pelvic floor, which can help improve urinary continence and reduce incontinence symptoms.

Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and increasing body awareness through hypopressive exercises can enhance sexual function by increasing sensitivity and control during intercourse.

While hypopressive exercises are not directly linked to digestion, a stronger and more toned abdominal and pelvic muscle system can contribute to better bowel function.

Regular practice of hypopressive exercises can help lower cortisol levels, the stress hormone, and promote a sense of relaxation and well-being.

Strengthening the deep abdominal and dorsal muscles with hypopressive exercises can relieve pressure on the spine and improve trunk stability, which can reduce back pain.
